Hello, I’m Amy Shaw — the creator behind Canadian Canvas. I’m a graphic designer and photographer based in Edmonton, Alberta. What started as a way to share my photography has grown into a collection of nature-inspired home décor, shaped by a simple goal: to bring that fresh, outdoors feeling into your home—especially during long work weeks and even longer winters. Each design is influenced by the landscapes and wildlife that continue to draw me outdoors—from the forests of Ontario, where I grew up, to the mountains and open spaces of Alberta and British Columbia. Every item is made to order, allowing for careful production and reducing unnecessary waste. The result is a collection that reflects both quality and intention, without feeling mass-produced.
