Terms & Conditions
Participation in the "Made in Canada" program is subject to the following terms:
- Eligibility: Sellers must be based in Canada and primarily offer products made or manufactured in Canada.
- Verification: Participants may be asked to provide documentation verifying the Canadian origin of their products.
- Use of Badge: The "Made in Canada" and "Ontario Made" badges must only be used as per program guidelines. The "Ontario Made" Badge can be used only by sellers approved for the Ontario-Made program provided by the Canadian Manufacturing and Exporters Council CME.
- Marketing Inclusion: Featured exposure in promotions or campaigns is at the discretion of the program organizers.
- Revocation: Program participation and badge use may be revoked if the program's terms are violated.
- Updates: Terms and conditions may be updated; participants will be notified of significant changes.
