Return Policy Page

You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it, provided that: Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Sale items are non-refundable. Any pierced jewelry (including earrings, etc.) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Refund will be issued after we receive the products. Any shipping cost paid by us is non-refundable. We are not liable for returns lost in the post. A packing video will be shared to customer to ensure the items are packed properly and checked.
